To Exchange An Item

PLEASE NOTE: International orders can return merchandise for credit only.

TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM,send an email with your order number and/or date of order to mail@1-800-smarteyes.com. Tell us which item(s) you are returning and which item(s) you would like in exchange. We will send the exchange item(s) along with a return label and postage for your return item! We will only pay postage on exchanges one time per order. (To send out the new item and the return of the original) If you need to make any more exchanges we will be happy to do so but you will have to cover the additional postage. Credits or charges for the items will be adjusted accordingly. IT'S REALLY THAT SIMPLE!

You will receive notification from the USPS when your order begins processing. Please add "USPS.com" to your email contacts so you will receive this notice including the tracking number. PLEASE CHECK OUR CLOSING DATES SECTION ON THE LEFT FOR ANY DELAYS.
