Damaged Merchandise

IF YOU RECEIVED DAMAGED MERCHANDISE, send an email with your order number (usually smarteyes2-####) and/or date of order and details to mail@1-800-smarteyes.com. We will send replacement merchandise and with a return label and the postage for the return of the item(s) you received damaged when we mail the replacements to you. YOU DON'T MAIL ANYTHING OR PAY ANY POSTAGE.

You will receive notification from the USPS when your order begins processing. Please add "USPS.com" to your email contacts so you will receive this notice including the tracking number. PLEASE CHECK OUR CLOSING DATES SECTION ON THE LEFT FOR ANY DELAYS.
